Experienced Multi Crew Airline Transport Pilot with Commercial IFR Helicopter licence. Over 8500 Hrs of flight experience flying various aircraft in the Royal Canadian Air Force and Civilian (CF18 Hornet, CT155 Hawk, CT156 Harvard, SA227 Metroliner, CH146 Griffon, CH135 Twin Huey, CH136 Kiowa). Level 2 Aerobatic competency pilot to 250' AGL. Over 2500 hrs of military flight instruction on CF18 Hornet and CT156 Harvard. 2011 CF18 National Demonstration Pilot. Cold Lake Airshow Director of Operations and Airboss. Board member helping grow the Cold Lake Airshow in a premium event for the community.

Captain Shamus "Carney" Allen

Captain Shamus "Carney" Allen

Brings over 2900 hours of combined Royal Canadian Air Force flying experience. Served in Cold Lake, AB on the CF18 Hornet both in operational roles at 409 Tactical Fighter Squadron and instructional roles at 410 Tactical Fighter (Operational Training) Squadron, amassing hundred's of hours of instruction. He was selected in 2012 to complete the prestigous Fighter Weapons Instructor Course (Canada's version of Top Gun). In 2014 he was selected to represent the men and women of the Canadian Forces in  Moose Jaw, SK with the iconic Canadian Forces Snowbirds from 2014-2016 as Snowbird 8 (Solo...more specifically the favourite one). He holds an ATPL and actively flies in all kinds of GA aircraft. He is passionate about passing on the skills and discipline that are taught to military aviators by teaching civilian pilots how to enhance their skills.

Major Taylor "McLovin" Evans

Major Taylor "McLovin" Evans

McLovin brings over 3500 hours of fast jet experience to the team. Currently serving his second tour as an instructor pilot on the CF-18 Hornet at 410 Squadron in Cold Lake, he has accumulated more than 900 hours of Hornet instructional time. Included in those hours are three years serving with the US Navy at their fleet replacement squadron in Virginia Beach, flying the F-18 Super Hornet. Having been Snowbird 9 (the second favourite solo) for 3 airshow seasons from 2018-2021, with a year as a Snowbirds standards pilot during 2020, McLovin has a wealth of formation and instructional expertise to share. Having earned his glider and private pilot licenses as a teenager with the Royal Canadian Air Cadets, he has recently re-joined the GA community with the purchase of his Vans RV-6.

David "Bambi" Deere

David "Bambi" Deere

Brings to Wolf Pack Aviation a diverse background with over 14,000 hours in commercial, military, unlimited aerobatic and general aviation aircraft.  Bambi served 17 years in the RCAF flying CF-18 Hornet, and the 1992 demo pilot on the CF-5 Freedom Fighter.  In 1994-95 he was awarded the outer left-wing position with the Snowbirds, and after his tour with them, continued his love of aerobatic formation flying with the 5-ship Northern Lights Aerobatic Team on the Extra 300. In 2000, Bambi transitioned to the airlines flying the Fokker F-28 and Boeing 737. Although he is a full-time technical standards pilot with WESTJET, he spends much of his free time flying his F-1 Rocket GA sport plane in formation, aerobatics, and exciting cross-countries. With a Class 3 civilian instructor rating, a military ICP and FWIC instructor qualification, and as an air transport line trainer, he is excited to help teach new and experienced pilots the skills and airmanship required to safely fly in formation.
